Standard delivery usually takes 2-3 business days.

If you need a gift delivered quickly, select 24 hour delivery method and it will be sent with a private driver.

Kashrut

All products used are certified kosher Mehadrin, Badatz or OU, unless otherwise clearly stated. We do not make any of our own candy. If you have specific kashrut needs, please contact us before placing your order. All Dairy products are Chalav Yisroel.

*Substitutions of equal or greater value may apply. During the summer months, due to the heat, we substitute other items for chocolates as necessary.

Return and Refund Policy

We enjoy and appreciate when our customers are happy. If there is a problem with your order, we want to correct this error if we can, so please read this policy carefully and follow all instructions.

Cancellation of a transaction/sale and/or non-payment The purchaser of the purchase may cancel the transaction in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law. The MatanaShop store is entitled to cancel a transaction and/or an entire sale or part of it:

If it is discovered after the sale that the product and/or service is out of stock, the MatanaShop store is entitled to cancel the sale or offer an equivalent replacement product.
